By accessing and using the website of Porcelaire (operated by Tangshan Ruicheng Ceramic Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trade secrets, ceramic designs, product catalogs, photography, CAD drawings, blueprints, logos, and structural layouts on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized replication, distribution, commercial exploitation, or direct hot-linking of assets without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Commercial Inquiries & OEM/ODM Customization
Our services focus primarily on business-to-business (B2B) trade, wholesale distribution, and commercial project support. Any mold customization (ODM), brand decal firing, custom glazing, or packaging orders are subject to formal corporate agreements. Mold tooling fees, production lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) will be specified in separate, binding sales contracts.
4. Maritime Shipments, Cargo, & Zero-Breakage Policy
We pride ourselves on our premier packaging standards utilizing custom-molded foam inserts and five-layer heavy corrugated boxes. Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise (e.g., FOB, CIF terms), responsibility for transit risk transfers in accordance with international Incoterms. We strongly recommend that buyers secure marine cargo insurance to guard against unforeseeable maritime hazards.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the technical details and product dimensions shown on our website. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from structural building discrepancies, incorrect piping alignments, or delays in maritime transit.

These Terms of Service and any commercial disputes arising from the use of this website or the procurement of our high-end ceramic sanitaryware shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tangshan, Hebei Province, China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
